  1. Strategic change

    As a part of management strategic planning it was decided to exit joint structure with Duna Marine and proceed as separate entities

  2. Contract fulfilled

    P&O contract with Philcrew was successfully completed & closed

  3. 1000+ Seafarers

    Number of onboard positions provided by Ultramarin exceeded 1000 seafarers of all nationalities

  4. PhilCrew Contract

    Contract with PhilCrew to provide ALL European crews to P&O Ferries

  5. Merge with Duna Marine

    Merge with Duna Marine Management. Company became the biggest in Latvia

  6. Own Office Space

    Company moved to own office space. Ultramarin is among TOP3 crewing agencies in Latvia

  7. 8 Bunker Tankers

    First contract to provide employment services for 8 x bunker tankers trading in Baltic / North Seas sealed

  8. Top 4 Crewing Company

    Ultramarin became number 4 in the top ten largest crewing companies

  9. Wilhelmsen SM Agreement

    Manning agreement with Wilhelmsen SM is signed to provide crewing services for 4 x modern Semi-Submersible Heavy Lift vessels. Delivery of first vessel GPO Grace

  10. Transition from NCM JV

    Transition from NCM joint venture (closed) to manning agreement with Songa Ship Management

  11. Northern Marine Latvia

    Northern Marine Latvia established for employment, tax administration, and full crew services of 4 x Stena Line vessels operating in Baltics

  12. Top 7 Crewing Company

    Ultramarin rose up to number 7 in the top ten largest crewing companies

  13. Besiktas Contract

    First crew management contract signed with Besiktas Shipping. Full Latvian crew onboard Ethylene Carrier Besiktas GH

  14. NCM Joint Venture

    Joint venture with NCM AS established to provide officers and crew for Arne Blystad vessels. Company moved to new office premises

  15. Stena Bulk LNG

    First senior officers joined Stena Bulk LNG vessels

  16. NMM Representation

    Ultramarin became official manning agent for NMM in Latvia & Baltic States

  17. NCM AS Agreement

    Manning agreement with NCM AS is signed

  18. Joined Transmarine

    First officer joined Transmarine Tankers

  19. Joined Northern Marine

    First officer joined Northern Marine Management

  20. Joined Carl Buetner

    First officer joined Carl Buetner (CB Tankers now)
